Core Rules at a Glance
Thank you for shopping at KCHICSTYLE! This policy applies to all orders shipped from our Guangzhou, China warehouse to the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the following core terms:
- Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after shipping
- Free shipping: On all U.S. orders $59.99 and above
- Customs fees: The sole responsibility of the customer
- All returns/refunds: Must be pre-approved by our customer support team
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in China and the U.S.) after your payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM Guangzhou local time will begin processing on the next business day
- During peak seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended; we will notify you via email of any significant delays
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship all U.S. orders internationally from Guangzhou, China using reliable tracked shipping services.
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (estimated, begins after your order is shipped)
- Expedited shipping options are not currently available for all products; we are continuously working to expand our delivery options
Important note: Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other events outside our control. These common international shipping delays do not qualify as a valid reason for a refund or return unless confirmed by our customer support team.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Our current U.S. shipping rates are:
- **Orders under $59.99**: $4.99 standard shipping fee
- Orders $59.99 and above: FREE standard shipping
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns or order cancellations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your unique tracking number
- A direct link to track your package online
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after dispatch. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team at benblack412@gmail.com for assistance.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped from China to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Orders valued under $800 USD are generally eligible for duty-free entry into the U.S. under the de minimis rule
- For orders over this threshold, you are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes to the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery
We are not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or additional charges incurred during the import process.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
We work closely with reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely. However, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs processing, weather, or carrier issues
- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by you (please contact your local post office or carrier directly for assistance)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you
If your order is lost in transit or confirmed as undelivered by the carrier, please contact our customer support team at benblack412@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Returns & Refunds
